Our wine cellar features the latest technology in combination with traditional ways of winemaking. All grapes that arrive in the 'Adega' are hand-picked and follow the process of soft maceration in order to assure superior wine quality. This process is applied to each type of grape separately to maximize the potential of each individual grape variety.
With its light architecture, the 'Adega' blends in beautifully with the typical Alentejo countryside. Discover the adjacent restaurant, wine bar and wine shop. You also have the opportunity to explore the vineyards on foot or riding one of our horses, visit our wine cellar and savor the wines grown on the estate.
